Mahiya Mahi was born on 27th October 1993 in Rajshahi,Bangladesh.She completed her SSC from uttara high school and college.Then she enrolled in Dhaka City College and compleated her HSC.Now she is studing fashion designing in Shanto Mariam  University of creative technology.

Mahi had no intension to become a film actress but she wanted to be a doctor.She was fascinated about modeling that's why she had a photoshoot which was submitted to jaaz multimedia via her friend.dramatically jaaz choose her and called her for countries first digital movie 'Valobashar Rong'.In this film she showed her wonderful performence that's attract everyone.She acted in Poramon,Valobasha Aaj Kal,Tobuo Valobashi and many more.She takes 1 Million tk for per film which has broken all the previous records.Mahia Mahi married with Mahmud Parvez Opu on 12th May 2016.
